Meet the founder

Maria Pia Glodon Montico

Founder · BeLive Product Clinic

I've been working in product since 2010. I started as a business analyst, grew into a product owner, and along the way worked with startups and multinational companies, in teams spread across countries, cultures and time zones.

I trained as a systems engineer, and I've never stopped learning. But what I discovered over the years is simple: product is where I can innovate, create and lead at the same time. And the moments I feel most myself are the hard ones: when the pressure is high, priorities are messy and a team needs someone to bring calm, structure and a clear way forward.

That's why I started BeLive. To be that person for teams who need it, and to help them feel proud of what they build again.
